1. Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand barefoot with your heel gently touching the wall.
2. Put your weight on the foot. Mark your longest toe and the widest points of your forefoot.
3. Measure the length and width in millimetres. Repeat for the other foot and enter the larger measurements.

This tool uses the ranges from the sizing chart. We already take into account the extra few mm that are recommended. The standard and width measurements are not the exact widths of the shoes, but a range in which the shoes should fit for your feet.
