Choose your size

We recommend 5-9mm extra on top of your foot length range for a little more space in front. You can see this in the chart below.

Are your feet 281mm long? Then you probably need size 46 with a 290mm insole.

Extra advice: when having doubt between two sizes, take the bigger one. Or even better, take two pair and return the one that doesn't fit.

Extra advice: take the insoles of your current cycling shoes and measure the exact length. Are they 275mm long? Then you most probably need a Bont size 44.
